Abdullah Bostan's number 01 BMW M3
Round 4 of the 2026 Türkiye Drift Şampiyonası ran at İstanbul Park on 27 September, and Abdullah Bostan won it. Bostan qualified third in his number 01 BMW M3, then beat Rüzgar Okman in the quarter-finals, Akay Akbil in the semi-finals and championship leader Çağlar Küçükdumlu in the final to take the 100 race points. It is Bostan's first round win in the Türkiye Drift Şampiyonası.
Bostan opened the season with a Top 16 finish in Round 1, then finished fourth in Round 2 and third in Round 3. At İstanbul Park he completed that climb with the win.
Qualifying
The top score of the day came from Çağlar Küçükdumlu. After a zero on his first run, he scored 88 and then 95 to take pole. Ömer Mert Örs was second with 88 on his final run, and Abdullah Bostan third with 87.1, also on his last run. Enver Haskasap, in his first race of 2026, took fourth with the 87 he scored on his first run.
Just 1.1 points covered the four drivers from third to sixth: Mehmet Yazgan was fifth on 86.1 and Rüzgar Okman sixth on 86. Akay Akbil took seventh with 83 and Doğuş Can Dursun eighth with 54. Ahmet Öksüzoğluları (52) and Aykut Şimşit (46) also made the battles. Berfu Tutumlu, Erol Özteknik and Cem Bora Kalaycıoğlu did not record a score in qualifying.
Top 16
With 10 drivers in the battles, only two Top 16 pairings were run. Doğuş Can Dursun beat Ahmet Öksüzoğluları and Akay Akbil beat Aykut Şimşit. The other drivers went straight through to the quarter-finals.
Quarter-finals
Küçükdumlu beat Dursun and Haskasap beat Yazgan. Akbil, the seventh seed, knocked out second qualifier Örs. Bostan beat Okman, a two-time round winner this season, which moved him into the semi-finals and was a key result for the championship.
Semi-finals
Küçükdumlu reached the final by beating Haskasap. Bostan beat Akbil to reach his first final in the Türkiye Drift Şampiyonası.
Third Place
Enver Haskasap beat Akay Akbil in the third place battle, finishing his first race of 2026 on the podium.
Final
Bostan beat Küçükdumlu in the final. Küçükdumlu has now reached the final in all four rounds this season, finishing 2nd, 1st, 2nd and 2nd.

Bostan scored 127 points on the day and Küçükdumlu 125. Küçükdumlu leads on 487 points. Okman scored 68 at this round and is second on 411, so the gap to the lead grew from 19 to 76 points. Bostan moved up to third on 354.

The season final is on 25 October. The most a driver can score at a single round is 135 points. If Küçükdumlu scores 60 points at the final, the title is his whatever his rivals do. Okman is still in contention. Bostan can only take the title if Küçükdumlu scores no points at the final.
